I was always curious regarding people having multiple reseller accounts. I realize that up to a certain point, it can be an effective way to do business (especially considering the costs of providing multiple DC locations otherwise) - but at some point, it has to become a limiting factor, no? The lack of control for what features are provided and which aren't would absolutely kill me in the long run.
My take has always been that a reseller account is the absolute best way to start out - but I've always seen it prudent to have a part of the business plan that clearly dictates when it's time to go dedicated.
