What billing software do you use for your hosting company? I use phpcoin and very soon once my new look site is up I will be using modernbill as i think its a great product.

I think modernbill would be one of the best programs available.
I have also heard a lot of good comments about phpmanager but you should try out demos of any scripts you are thinking of buying.

Have you heard of aplusbill.com?
Just looked at their demo and it looks good to me.

Also look at clientexec(http://www.clientexec.com). It is a pretty good package and the support staff is one of the best I have worked with.

As for phpManager, you may want to go over the WHT and search there for reviews. I have a license and have had problems off and on. With the new ownership things seems to be getting worse. We will have to see how version 2 is and how the new owner provides support. He recently went on vacation for about three weeks when he was the only one who could validate or transfer a license or give a user access to the helpdesk.
