Anyone have any good to say?

I don't use/need free hosting since I run a hosting biz myself, but every time I visit a site on GeoCities, it's fast & up. :)
I think they're good... :D

angelfire ?

is it still around ? I though it went down the gurgler

and geocities is OK if you don't mind the ads, just watch what you're putting up on your pages though, I 've seen some funny things , ads at total variance with the site content .. like it was a joke

and one thing that gets me on any free host is those bloody pop ups that chase you after you've left , you close your browser only to find that there are nine sitting there

aaaaarrrrrgggghhhh :uzi: yuck yuck

and BTW moogs how did you get such a deal ? are you paying heaps ?

Where i live (australia) all ISPs give u free webspace...but they usually dont support things like PHP and dont give u your own cgi-bin:(

iiNet gives customers access to cgi (not required to be placed in a cgi-bin), also SSI. If you need php etc you need to pay extra.... Since we are on the Explorer account we get 30mb of space as well... but we don't use it now....

oh and free webhosts.. only one I liked until they closed was F2S.
