why is Names.co.uk (Namesco/Dada) such Ignorant fools

I ordered a domain from Names.co.uk as they have a offer on for a .com domain for £1.99 + VAT for the first year

Ordered this and awaited for the ICANN validation email to validate my email address ( never had this before), so nothing arrived, so used the resent option and still nothing. 8 hrs later got this email, so validated my email address, but still Names.co.uk say the domain cant be used as email not validated ( still this status now) even though email was validated 03/12/2015 21:06.
last message from names.com after 12 hrs of waiting for a reply from them was they are sorry and have refunded me, but still email in names.co.uk account saying they await my email validation. so cant use this domain and have demanded that they have this cancelled so i can go and register it with a another company and guess what they are just IGNORING ME.
the domain is registered through register.it which guess what is another DADA brand.

So after i messaged them on their facebook page and via facebook message ( which they have ignored then have changed 'Typically replies within an hour' to 'Typically replies within a day' so this shows they are monitoring their FB page, but choose not to answer me which i would say they are well aware they are scammers

What is the status of the domain at Verisign’s WHOIS:
http://www.verisign.com/en_GB/whois/index.xhtml

the domain is registered, but because names.co.uk system still says i have not verified the email address i cannot do anything with the domain apart from play about with the parked domain page

this is the last reply i got from them

Dear Terry

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

Sorry to hear your not happy with the email verification.

I have issued a refund this will be with you in 5-10 working days.

Many thanks

i need the domain, but they seem to be ignoring me to get this cancelled, so i can go to another company and register the domain as i think these are just a bunch of children

You're allowed 15 days to respond to the RAA verification request before a domain is suspended for non verification. I don't see why a suspension has been applied.

About Verification of Contact Information:
https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/contact-verification-2013-05-03-en

yes, but because the names.co.uk system is still saying i need to verify the email address, even though it has been verified i cant do anything with the domain.

cant understand why they think if they ignore me it will make things OK. they are aware their system has messed up, refunding me is fine, but still does not help me get the domain. they messed up so should sort it out by cancelling the domain as it wont be hard for them as they also own the registrar.

clear they have no idea who to use their own support system

they state on their site for tech support

We are here
Monday to Friday 8am - 7pm
Weekends 10am - 6pm

so my ticket reply at 05 Dec 2015, 03:01 pm

was totally ignored

i would say clearly a scam as domain ordered 4/12/15 and it remained at

'This domain is awaiting registrant email validation. Failure to validate will mean that email and web services will be (or were) suspended on 18 December 2015. Click here for more information, or here to re-send the verification email.'

now they have changed this to

'This domain is awaiting registrant email validation. Failure to validate will mean that email and web services will be (or were) suspended on 20 December 2015. Click here for more information, or here to re-send the verification email.'

even though it was verified on 4/12/15

so even though email was verified they suspend my domain

https://www.filesanywhere.com/FS/M.aspx?v=8c70668b609aa6a5a99e

so called them and they told me that yes i did everything correct and the emails is confirmed, so they need to contact the registrar (register.it) which is basically all the same company as they are are under the namesco brand.

For all the .com domains i have registered over the years and recently never ever had to go through what names.co.uk had me go through.

maybe i invoice them for the ILLEGAL suspension of my domain and downtime as anyone going to my site will see the suspension message as linked too

HAHA
this is what i get from them in a support ticket

21 Dec 2015 01:32 pm Dear Terry,

I apologize for the error with the suspension of the domain name. I have contacted the registrar and the unlock for ******* is schedule in the 3:30pm update today.

Please see our terms and conditions that you agreed to at the point of purchase if you wish to make a complaint to our Resolutions team.

well now that have changed stories saying i had changed the email address to support@names.co.uk which is not a true email, so under ICANN policy they suspended the domain.
of course this is false as why would i change the email on the account.

The are in for 1 big shock as i have lost £1000 today in sales from the site due to their action, so called my solicitor who is going to write to them with a loss of revenue invoice giving them 14 days to pay before he goes the insolvency route and have Namesco Limited made insolvent

so again after getting this sorted they suspend the domain again stating

Domain has been suspended
Verify the email
In order to have a correct information in the WHOIS, ICANN - Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers - has required all accredited providers for domains registrations, to ask for confirmation of the email address for new registrations or changes of the datas of the domain owner.

The domain has been suspended because it's been 15 days from the date of registration or datas changes of the owner without having been verified the email address.

even though the system why i use the captcha to resend the verification email states

The email address has already been verified

so no reason to suspend the domain.

so my conclusion is namesco ( names.co.uk, register.it etc.) are a bunch of SCAMMERS

Yipes, how do you keep running across these issues? I sure hope 2016 turns out to be an issue free year for you. That whole scenario with the domain is simply crazy.

Verification yes you need to. Why It would still say you did not when you did am not sure but most importantly how you got suspended without the 15 days grace period even raises more eyebrows

At the ICANN website it says:
When someone has a complaint about a domain name, a registrar or registry, Contractual Compliance is ofen the first stop to try and resolve the complaint. Its online complaint filing system is easy to use and most users can expect a resolution within 17 days of filing.

A common complaint handled by ICANN is domain name registration information issues related to incorrect WHOIS data or access to WHOIS data. You can file a complaint online at: www.icann.org/compliance/complaint

Or perhaps more specifically for your issue could be here (Registrar Compliance): www.icann.org/resources/pages/registrars-2013-05-03-en

Any update on this matter?

well 3 times i had to verify the email address and each time i was told on the phone by names.co.uk staff that it was verified, so should not suspend as they confirmed this with register.it ( both DADA brands) but still suspended, so i demanded EPP code to move the domain, but got the same reply 'you cant move the domain for 60 days after registration', even got the same reply from ICANN who were not willing to help as they say it was not them who were suspending the domain.

so i simple informed ICANN and names.co.uk that as they are illegally suspending my domain as i have prove that it has been verified then if i am not allowed to move the domain then i will report both to UK authorities requesting that they both get banned in the UK and then for some strange reason i was give EPP code and permission to move the domain.

But beware any transfer out of name.co.uk then will demand £10+ VAT, which i refused to pay, but now my domain is moved from them
