Which is the best hosting location in ASIA?

You should seek a location with cheap bandwidth. Where there is no infrastructure, there is no cheap bandwidth. Maybe South Korea, Singapore or Hong-Kong.
 
Singapore seems a bit more costly than India

I must also add that if you only speak English most support you get will be in "Broken" English so you might struggle getting the point from time to time.
 
Asia isn't that expensive. There are a growing number of companies that charge reasonable prices for web hosting services. it is not just Singapore and Hong Kong though. Kuala Lumpur is also very good location with Bangkok on the list.
 
I once had a handful of servers in Bangkok and the speeds were terrible. probably not enough ground to demonize the locations may be just my provider was that ****ty.
 
We tend to use CDN's for Asia rather than Asian datacentres, as this has provided better results, and less costs.
 
India or Singapore would be a good choice for data-center. I usually go for Indian server as first preference when I consider servers within India.
 
I prefer Singapore! Soon it will be my choice for the additional server. Also New Zealand is an alternative choice.
 
how the india server price range? would it like other asia country come with low or expensive bandwidth?
