we are going to have CLIENTS in the UAE and gulf countries
so we are wondering in terms of connectivity if its faster to have something closer to the UAE (UK or US), and if it makes any difference.

Regardless to the server location I think it depends on the providers, it require high level of skills for planning and implementation of the technology and expert team to scale server capacity in a large network environment.
