I'd like to make a list of all the useful services and tools (free or paid) that you use in your daily life that pertain to web hosting business, besides control panels and billing software. I am talking about all those little handy tools that make your life easier.
For this purpose, I'd love to ask all of you to chime in with a list (if there is one) of tools/services that you find indispensable. Anything from whois checks and IP address locators, to documents/notes/HR apps and billing software addons, from network monitoring services to domain tools, from design instruments and marketing tools, to marketplaces.
