Thread Tools button doesn't work!?

It seems the buttons aren't working for me!?

I added a screenshot, so you know what I mean.

Seems to work on most pages, but it didn't at http://www.hostingdiscussion.com/we...-php-7-1-released-you-making-default-yet.html

I see log in browser as

Thank you for staying vigilant. It has been like this for quite some time now actually and I believe it is some kind of bug that chooses when it is going to work and when it is on lunch. Not an excuse, but just saying that at this point I'd rather be spending my free time on pushing bigger upgrades.

Quite honestly, this forum platform and graphical UI are getting old. Part of the reason why I am dreaming over a major overhaul. Part of the reason this conversation was kicked off.
