Overland Park, Kansas - (The Hosting News) - October 15, 2007 - Web host and Internet solutions provider, Aplus.Net, has modified its management team, by making additions with executive-level promotions.

Two key members of the Aplus.Net management staff, have been promoted to executive roles. Michael Howard, previously the President of Accounting and Finance, has been named Aplus.Net's Chief Financial Officer. In addition, Ralph Munyan has been named as the company's Vice President and General Counsel.

Mr. Howard is a long-time member of the Aplus.Net team, with a vast range of professional experience in accounting and corporate finance spanning international regions as varied as China, Canada, and the Caribbean. He has also served in the United States Army Security Agency's Communications Intelligence service and teaches accounting and finance at the University of California San Diego School of Extended Studies.

A member of the Kansas Bar Association, Mr. Munyan first joined Aplus.Net in February 2007, bringing with him several decades of legal and business experience. In addition to extensive corporate and independent legal experience, Mr. Munyan holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law and also serves as Vice Chairman of the board of directors for a Midwest-based, not-for-profit ministry that provides personal financial management education.
