I agree. Some people save some money by using cheap and poor hosting service. But I think it is not worth if their websites are making money. Because downtime for just 2-3 hours could significantly result in loss of revenue. Not to mention that a website host with a poor hosting provider usually load slower. And a 7 minutes website loading time can significantly increases the bounce rate of that website.
