Spamming Rules Question

What is this forum's rules or policy on dealing with members who spam other members profile accounts. :help:

We exercise zero tolerance toward any kind of solicitation, except for where it is permitted:

3.4 Participants may not post or otherwise transmit promotional materials, or any other form of solicitation, except in those forum sections where advertising is expressly permitted.
