New bluelagoon cgi mail bug

In the new version of CP bluelagoon (which is basically X2) when you try and install the cgiemail it takes to you cgi-sys and an error page
In x2 then you try and install cgiemail it takes you to cgi-bin and works fine
any ideas how to fix the bluelagoon please?
