As a hosting provider, you prefer to build your network by taking multiple quality upstreams, peering or you shall appoint one transit company to manage for you?

If you want to have your own IP assignments with your own ASN and network you will need to have a multi-homed network, so you need to have multiple diverse providers to do this. To have one transit company mange this for you it would really need to be either through your DC if they offer this service or from a bandwidth broker that would provide this service for you. I'm not aware of any tier 1 providers that would manage other providers for you.

Yes, definitely as a hosting supplier. We are planning to build our own network by taking multiple quality up streams, but it is quite challenging to manage and we are hunting down for the organization to oversee it for us and seeking is as yet going ahead with multiple consideration on the file.

yeah...the bandwidth price and hardware more challenging. We are thinking to build own network by multiple upstream, after calculate the cost of hardware, and bandwidth, its need to spend over USD20k
