Moving reseller account from remote server

Have a Friend who has 200 accounts in reseller hosting package with a different provider. Now he wants to migrate his websites on to our server. he does not have the root permission.
Is there anyway or a tool to move all the websites at once rather than taking backups individually and migrating 200 times. ?

Let me know on which control panel all the domains hosted.

Do they use cPanel/WHM as the control panel? Kindly confirm the control panel and OS on both the servers.

If you have Cpanel or any other control panel you can do that. Specially cpanel. It has very good website migration tool.
Other wise you have to migrate all the accounts manually or consult a server management company. They can help you migrate the sites.

You can migrate the panels with the Reseller Privileges / Permission, there is no need to have the root access.
