Light Load / $.75 per Ticket

Good Evening,

HostPhax is hiring technicians for all 3 of our eight hour shifts. These shifts are all VERY light load (sometimes not even one issue per day). This is perfect for those who already have hosting jobs.
The pay is at $.75 per ticket resolved.
You must offer a guarenteed response time (not resolution time, just a guarenteed response time).
You must have CPanel/WHM Experience.
You must have RedHat Linux Experience.
You should have VBulletin Experience.
You should have Cerberus Helpdesk Experience.
You must be able to work one of these shifts (10 PM - 6 AM Eastern, 6 AM - 2 PM, or 2 PM - 10 PM)

Basically, as a ticket comes in, you do whatever it takes to resolve the issue. You would be handling tickets (e-mail), and forums only. In the future, we would expand to AIM (live) support.
