On a hexa core dedicated server which is VT enabled , what would be ideal number of kvm vpses , that should be created?

On a hexa-core 6-core VT-enabled server,
Then you can ideally create 10–15 KVM VPS. If each VPS is small (1 vCPU, 2GB RAM),
Then you can go up to 25–30 VPS max safely.
 
Its planned out to have minimum of 4 KVMs , but if we have 1 , 2 , 3, 4 core KVMs , that would exceed

hostnode cores . Atleast , 2 and 4 core KVMs should be ideal for enduser to use them smoothly.

Yes that makes sense with 2-4 core KVMs, keeping around 4 VPS instances will confirm smooth performance and proper resource allocation without oversubscription.
