I have been doing a lot of research into dedicated hosting providers and recently purchased a new server from Layered Technologies - however, like most dedicated providers, they will not allow IRC on their network.
Therefore, I am looking for a cheap/simple VPS or shell provider who will allow me to run a IRCd for a very small IRC network (this server would actually just be a second link for the network, which only has 30 users online at busy times).
I am aware of: http://www.outlandz.net/ and http://www.the-irc.org/ - but I am wondering if there are some better companies out there to get IRCd hosting from? (really $10-15 a month is my ideal price range here).
