INTERSURGE Web hosting is DOWN!

And so is my livelihood, since I depend on their hosting my shopping site for a living. Down over 16 hours now, so no business for my company today. This HURTS. I have called and emailed all possible email addresses. No response so far.

If any Intersurge hosting customers are out there, and want to post, or if INTERSURGE representatives want to post an update that would be great. I invite INTERSURGE to respond to their customers about this outage.

Otherwise, any advice on a hosting company with less downtime and reasonable prices would be helpful.

Note to Intersurge: If you can't get my site back up in the next 12 hours, I will have no choice but to switch providers and will expect a refund of my recent 6 month billings for hosting. I would rather not switch, but again, no web site, no income!

Sorry to hear about your troubles Joe. Hopefully the server will be back soon and/or you have a back-up of your website as that will enable you to change hosts at anytime. By the way, what website you have with them?

I have always said this, in the midst of people not understanding why this would be a problem.

Basically when you have an online business/store, there are only hosting providers that can host them, thus you can depend on them. The matter is choosing the right hosting provider.

It's a B2B, people rely on hosting companies for their businesses, in same time hosting companies business is depended on customers/people. Since if they don't have business to host, they have got no business to run.

Most likely, they host their own site on the same server as your site, so they are also unable to check their email. Try emailing bfarkas@infostardesign.com. This address was found from their whois information, asuming that by INTERSURGE, you are referring to intersurge.com. If they have any type of instant messaging account, that would be a good way to get in contact with them as well.
