In-house support

Basically , you build and form / set up your own webhosting project and manage it.Then further start reselling the services which is a good idea & move!
 
We handle all technical support in-house. The people who currently provide technical support were initially untrained and were trained. Now there are several of us, but like everyone, we started from the bottom with one person. That person was responsible for training the others.

It's very important that your customers feel they are dealing directly with your brand and not with an external provider.

We generally handle technical support; sales are automated, but for any issues, it's best to redirect them directly to the technical support team. This allows us to provide better service, and, well, if the customer renews their services, that's the main profit for this business (at least that's how I see it).
