We're not sure of that at the moment, though there's a good chance. And by no means is fsckvps/cheapVPS/Vaserv a failure, although they have now been acquired by BSD(http://www.bluesquaredata.com/) it's more of a "what's best for the customers" deal

:O R.I.P i just checked LX Lab's site and it says HyperVM & Kloxo products are now open source and free. What an amazing guy and cant believe such a tragic thing has happened.
