It appears not, I’ve used Hostinger Free before, and it wasn’t particularly good, as it had its own custom built cPanel with loads of missing features and awkward limitations.

@ray_ray What do you mean by saying "tool". This is a web hosting provider that oversells the Shared Hosting services, not a tool!

they have free hosting. But they don't allow you to run your business on that. And they have at least one hour of down time every day. So it is prohibited to run one earning activity if you use that hosting. You can check in the terms of use

Hostinger seems to be good for paid web hosting, as you know Free web hosting will obviously have lots of limitations and not preferred an option for BUSIENSS websites.
