I go to install my OS on my HardDrive and it says Hard Disk Error, Press Ctrl alt and delete to reboot.

Sounds like your BIOS had an issue detecting or communicating properly with your hard disk. Is your HD making any strange noises when powering up? Are you able to hear it powering up?
 
I have tryed almost everything, The drive is old. What I did to use it was install windows vista on a 30GB disk drive, And add that hard drive as a extra one and Now i can store files on that so Its like having a big hard drive and running programs on it.
 
That's a new thing I learned. But the basic issue has not fixed. I don't know what could be done to fix but was looking for what you do. Anyway glad its resolved (at least for you).
 
Maybe the Windows OS isn't detecting the harddrive format, try using a Linux live CD and use something like gparted to format your HDD into a readable format.
 
May be due to hard disk is going bad. You can boot the server with linux live os and test the health of your hardsik using smartctl command. Smartctl command, which is control and monitor utility for SMART disks under Linux / UNIX like operating systems.

Have you swapped out the hard drive, cable, power connector etc? just have to keep trying, sometimes it cab be something really simple such as the cable :)
 
sound like a few things - maybe bios, maybe os not detecting the drive -
what is the brand of the server and what hard drive type -
