ftp server to server

I would like to be able to transfer files between sites on the same server plus on a seperate server through FTP.
I don't have SSH access on the servers, only FTP but I don't know how to move something using two FTP connections.

I have tried but the connection just dies, this was using two FTP programs that were both the same.

You could use http://www.flashfxp.com/ for FTP to FTP transfers although your host has to have this enabled (A line has to be added to the FTP server config file)

Don't you need to have shell access for that Rus?
What if you only have FTP?
Dom said he doesn't have SSH access to the server but that page shows commands for SSH, doesn't it?
Or is it something different?
