False advertising

Have you ever found a host that was false advertising? Did you email them to find out if they were doing it on purpose to trick clients into buying from them or if it was a complete accident?

Did they fix the mistake or leave it?

There are a lot of hosts that advertise "unlimited" bandwidth...
I think most people I know are totally against this because it gives the hosting industry a bad name I think, people dont normally get a reliable service from this and theres normally terms to go along with *unlimited*
Thats the main thing i think

Often with these "unlimited bandwidth" hosts, there is something in the TOS which says you have to pay extra after using X ammount of bandwidth, one host offered "unlimited", but in their TOS, you had to pay an extra $5 per every GB over 3gb.

AAARRRGGGHHH!!!

There should be a $20.00 bounty on the heads of any asses who promise unlimited bandwidth.

I've been arguing with potential customers about the reality of "unlimited" for a couple of years now.
