X2. Been using Enom for years. Another good registrar is Dynadot however, I don't think they have a reseller option available.

If you mean someone that can open a reseller account for you without having to deposit large sums in your account then you may think of trying hexonet.net I think they open resellers for free but you must ofcourse pay for the domain before you register it. I use Enom, Net Earthone, and Reseller Club And They are all Good Enom is probably the best, as far as customer service Net Earth one has had some support issues lately very slow and sometimes it can be a bit hard to renew domains. Reseller Club I like Both they and net earthone use the logicboxes platform and they are a bit lower priced than the others which is why I use them so It helps I can offer a lower price to my customers and be a bit more competitive in domain sales as well as it lowers my cost when offering free domains.

I wanted to add That Net earth one out of the three I mentioned Do not make you put a deposit down to get started, Enom's Deposit to get lower pricing at at least competitive rates can be a bit high. unless you find a sub reseller who will give you a "free" account which is nice they do make money on each domain you sell though. Reseller Club has a desent buy in rate which is nice to get that discount for selling domains and using logic boxes is good for nearly all billing systems.
