Do you let people know you are a reseller?

Do you let people know you are a reseller?
Have you got it on your website?
If someone asked what would you tell them?
If you were asked who you are reselling for would you let people know?What would you say if you didnt want them to know?
 
If I were a reseller, I would not come right out and say it or put it on my website, but if a client were to ask, I believe they have the right to know, so I would tell them if I was, yes.
 
If a client asks then yes they really do have a right to know but that does not mean you have to come out and scream it.
 
I dont think this would imply on me since I am NOT a reseller; however if it came to that I would do the exact same thing as Gordy did...I wouldnt put it on my website for sure but if my clients asked me I would let them know. Sometimes in some cases customers prefer resellers than their direct providers simply because of support...
 
I don't think resellers should post that kind of imformation publically unless asked by a customer then it becomes one on one. But, for the most part I think most of my customers know I was a reseller before I started getting my own servers.

Well, I am a reseller again on VPS :-) Gata start somewhere.
 
I say it that i have a reseller account at my website. But i will think twice about revealing my host. They will be my competitor then, i guess. Hahaha.

Btw, Turnkey has a great reseller package.

What is your website?
I dont think most people would put on their site if they are a reseller, I dont think people would expect resellers to either, if they really think its important and want to ask, they can just send you an email or use some other personal method of contact.

What made you put it on your site anyway?

Hi John, my website is at www.57host.biz . I just started it. I only mentioned that it is reseller at Abut Us. Anyway, i always wanted to give free hosting, finally able to from my pocket money. Paid option is there, just like assurance to free hostees. Hehe.

Wow darkcurves its REALLY great to see someone offering free hosting with that, as you might know I stopped the free hosting on my site over a month ago, after providing it for over a year.
Have been looking for somewhere to send people to that are asking where else they can get free accounts, would you be interested?

I read your about, I dont think you really need to say your a reseller unless someone does ask you, but really, its your choice :)
