Why SolusVM Panel is provided only with VPS? Is it provided with other hosting services too?

SolusVM is basically a VPS Management Software used on dedicated servers to create and sell VPSs to your clients.

System Administrators hired by hosting provider use it for the management of their VPS infrastructure (to install Operating System on VPS, reboot VPS etc. )

Graphical User Interface is also available for the end user (you) to easily manage their own VPS (to reboot etc).

Even with dedicated servers if we want to create accounts for clients then solusvm can be used?

If you want to create shared hosting account then you should install cPanel, DirectAdmin, Plesk etc. on dedicated server.

If you want to create Virtual Private Servers then you should install SolusVM or any other virtualization software on dedicated server.

SolusVM is great for managing virtual private servers. It also has great integration into many of the billing solutions used such and WHMCS. But like others have stated if you are looking to sell virtual hosting accounts then it would not be a choice. We use WHMCS/cPanel for all of our shared hosting accounts. Other choices are available. Even some free alternatives to cPanel exists such as zPanel. However I am not aware of integrations into billing solutions.

No it's not for that purpose, SolusVM is meant to create virtual servers only.
If you want to create shared hosting account, SolusVM is not a choice. You can choose from other paid or free panels.

Alternative os SolusVM - Virtualizor or some non-free panels like VMmanager. For shared hosting organization there are many most panels.

Every companies is specialize in specific areas, SolusVM is specialize in VPS Management, OnApp for cloud, cPanel for linux hosting while Plesk for windows hosting.

Some alternatives to SolusVM:

Proxmox - Open Source, has integrations with WHMCS.
Virtualizor - Great alternative to solusvm.

OpenNebula/OpenStack - Popular Open Source tools to provide virtualization.

Basically SolusVM is developed as just VPS management software. They are not focusing on other hosting platforms like shared or reseller.
