Community Forum?

Yes we do, not active for a while since they don't like to use it... has almost 100 members suprised about it....

Good idea to have it
 
We do most of our support through a community forum. The largest problem with that is that you cannot assign a problem to a particular person, but that isn't a big deal for a fairly small web host.

I don't own a hosting company but I always think communities are great for attracting new cusomters and answering questions.
 
We don't plan on offering a community forum until we have enough clients to make a forum succeed. Having an unused forum can be a disadvantage.
