How do you boost up the Cloud VPS performance?

Many times VPS performance drops when the customer did not get an appropriate spec VPS for what they are doing. EX: a 256MB RAM VPS to host 100 web hosting clients

I would be curious to ask what the specs of your VPS are...?

To boost VPS performance, optimize server regularly and monitor server 24/7 to kill processes that use too much CPU resource.

I don't know why the hell people use normal Cloud Server and endup paying high cost or low service.
Most of normal clouds are Public Clouds!

If a cloud server can't offer me good bandwidth (pay-per-use end up big with bills) then why even need it. Either paying big bills I'll have more than one VPS and do my own cloud and load balance.

or Find a provider who offer me clouds with good bandwidth and resources. And increase my site performance not wasting my time on VPS.
