Can you commend reliable hosting?

I have six websites, I'm looking for reliable hosting for them. I need at least (each hosting):

store: 500M

transfer: 10G pre month

email account: 50

email space: 100M

databases: 3 mysql

database space: 100M

PHP safe mode is off

Sendmail and GD

Uptime: > 99.9%

SSH, SSL, password protected directory, Contorl panel (I like cpanel), web statistic (I like urchin)

Price: $20--$60 per hosting

I don't like cheap (< $10) hosting, reliability!!! reliability!!! reliability and 24 hours support are most important!!! Live support is best.

also, can you commend a reliability, managed, fast dedicated server?

My provider currently are:

ipowerweb.com (email support is very bad)
mediatemple.net (server is fast and reliable, but PHP runs with safe mode)
hostway.com (support is great, but control panel is too bad, database space is very little)
intermedia.net (server is fast and reliable, but control panel is not good, database space is very little)
startlogic.com (support is not useful)

I want to order dellhost.com originally, but I heard that they plan to transfer their their client into other provider, really?

With 6 sites and close to 60GB transfer + they look to be database driven websites. You would do well to have a dedicated server to fulfil your needs.

$20 x 6 = $120

That cuts it same as a Servermatrix or EV1 server. If you can manage it....then why not just host them on your own. Especially, considering that you considered ipowerweb.com as a provider...so you would do better with your own at least.

I'd definitely suggest a dedicated server. At least a p4 2.0 with 1 gig of ram being the bottom line.

try vpscolo , httpme so far they are very good hosting providers with great support. they are well tested. look for other forums regarding them and you will know how good they are.
