Billing Flakes

Has anyone had one before, what exactly went wrong? We had one today that ended up with a couple clients getting swapped invoices, how weird is that, only prices mind you no personal info. Still really irked my lousy week and what a note to end on.

I've never had that happen before, what billing software do you use?

I've been on the other end of a database scramble. Not sure how it happened but it caused a huge ordeal and alot of missed payments while they straightened it out. All I know is they hired a new college kid to take care of things and I imagine they did something wrong and it just went haywire.

That must have been incredibly frustrating. I had a bill in days gone by, manually billed, that was sent to me by mistake. But it was clear what had happened-the bill was in the wrong envelope. It hasn't happened since.
