Any mishaps?

I know back when I was playing around with some test accounts and before we started with Client Exec I always worried what would happen if the billing software freaked out. :shaky:

Has anyone had a case like this before? I still worry about it now (knock on wood) even though it has not happened to me.
 
Nothing major here. I have accidentally sent out mailings to people that shouldn't have got them, and sent out a mail once that was only half written. These are the kind of mishaps that happen when your three year old finds that you left the computer on...
 
Indeed, I imagine if any mishaps were to happen (as in you charged your customers double instead of what they normally pay), you could just refund them or give them a free term of service for the inconvinience. I have not run into any mishaps as a consumer though.
 
Accidents happen, it is inevitable. You are only human :)

Going with a billing system is a great way to automate your business, allowing you to become more efficient, etc.

If there is anything that went wrong in the process, like billing messing up. Just refund the customer (if it was a charge error) and apologize about the error.

Companies big and small make errors, as long you do the right thing and fix whatever error happened then everything should be fine.
