As the title says paypal is no doubt undisputed champion in payment methods but which payment method comes on second spot and third spot. I think I really need to add more payment methods on my site.

Thanks

Here is a website with list of alternatives:

I checked the link and this link is not specific to webhosting business. I am curious which other payment methods are mostly used by webhosting clients besides paypal. I see many webhosts are accepting crypto. Do a lot of people pay use crypto? Which crypto wallet is best?

Card payment processed by Stripe
Don't you think you are missing out on clients who want to pay with paypal/skrill/crypto and who don't have a credit/debit card or those who don't want to use card online.
Purpose of this thread is to know which payment method I should add to my billing system so that I can increase my sales.

You definitely need PayPal because some people are using PayPal only. As for credit card payments, I don't think any customer care if it's Stripe, Skrill, 2checkout, or any other payment gateway.

I used Stripe in the past and dropped it as it was a nightmare to manage. Apparently, it's still quite popular as an alternate to PayPal.

Hey there!
Here are some of the popular payment alternatives for PayPal;
  1. Skrill
  2. Payoneer
  3. Google Pay Send
  4. Stripe
It is important to keep multiple payment options available on your website as every person has their own preferences when it comes to payment options.

It's not something that we really worry about. Maybe there are people out there who don't have a credit/debit card but I don't think we are losing a huge amount of clients by not offering paypal.

We also offer the ability to pay by bank transfers in the EU/UK and we do have a few clients who have chosen to pay that way, but the vast majority just pay by card.

I like Stripe over many other payment processors because the checkout process is done on our site instead of offloading people somewhere else and then bringing them back, which always feels clunky to me.

It depends on the geo you work in. It's easy to do research on payment systems to make your own list.
