Michele Neylon and Paul Kelly founded Blacknight in Carlow in 2003, building it from a two-person operation into Ireland’s leading domain registrar with more than 90,000 customers and close to 60 employees. Under the new agreement, both founders stay in their existing leadership roles. The brand stays as it is. Customer relationships, support teams, and service delivery continue without interruption.
