Over nearly two decades, the company has developed its own infrastructure and operational processes, allowing it to maintain close relationships with customers in a market where local support and trust play an outsized role.<\/span><\/p>\n

The addition of Shellrent strengthens Your.Online\u2019s Presence segment in Southern Europe, adding depth in Italy alongside recent moves in Northern and Western Europe. Earlier this year, the group completed acquisitions of Dtch. Digitals<\/a> in January and UK2 Group<\/a> in early February. These three deals all follow the same playbook: go after solid, profitable companies that really know their own markets, instead of just snapping up everything for the sake of size.<\/span><\/p>\n
