From slow load times to outright outages, the problems are more than frustrating\u2014more than just impacting conversion, brand reputation, and long-term sustainability. Close to one-third of respondents admitted to bounce rates above 30%, which indicates a constant stream of would-be buyers who just don&#8217;t hang around when the site stumbles.<\/span><span id=\"input-sentence~2\"><\/p>\n<p>But the financial losses don\u2019t stop with immediate sales. A quarter of business leaders felt their competitiveness had taken a hit due to recurring tech issues. And 12% said the damage shows up on their balance sheets every month. Seventeen percent of companies reported experiencing full outages, often tied to cyberattacks or weak infrastructure.
