At NorthC&#8217;s Oude Meer facility, NovoServe plans to install 80 racks and 400kW of capacity this summer. A second phase at maincubes&#8217; Schiphol Rijk location will add another 70 racks and 300kW, which the company plans to roll out over two stages in the coming months. Combined, that&#8217;s 700kW of new capacity, a meaningful jump for NovoServe specifically, though nowhere near hyperscale territory.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"ltr\">What makes this expansion worth watching is not the raw numbers, it is where they are happening. Both facilities sit close to Amsterdam&#8217;s major internet exchanges, giving customers direct access to the low-latency network environment that has made the city a magnet for hosting companies and infrastructure resellers who need consistent, predictable performance.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"ltr\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hostingdiscussion.com\/news\/ovhcloud-refreshes-bare-metal-line-as-enterprises-reassess-performance-control\/\">Bare metal<\/a>, for anyone unfamiliar, means customers get dedicated physical servers rather than sharing virtualized resources the way public cloud platforms typically work.
