Both companies say the goal is to give enterprises a simpler way to connect users, devices, and applications across increasingly scattered environments, including data centers, public cloud, and SaaS platforms, at a time when AI adoption and expanding attack surfaces are pushing organizations to rethink how they design and secure their networks.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"ltr\">The timing tracks with where the industry is heading. Research firm Dell&#8217;Oro Group projects single-vendor SASE, meaning cloud-delivered networking and security bundled from one provider rather than stitched together from several, will make up about 85% of a $21 billion market by 2030. Mauricio Sanchez, a senior director at Dell&#8217;Oro, said that approach tends to work best when both SD-WAN and security service edge genuinely matter to a customer&#8217;s cloud architecture, since consolidating vendors tends to improve policy consistency and operational accountability.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"ltr\">GTT and HPE have already run SD-WAN managed services together for more than ten years using HPE&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/hostingdiscussion.com\/news\/hpe-arms-its-cloud-network-platforms-with-ai-ready-security-for-a-hybrid-world\/\">EdgeConnect<\/a> platform. This expansion adds HPE Networking&#8217;s security service edge capabilities into the mix, letting GTT grow its Secure Connect portfolio into a fully managed, single-vendor SASE offering that runs on its own global network and integrates HPE&#8217;s cloud security tools into a zero trust architecture.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"ltr\">Fletcher Keister, GTT&#8217;s Chief Product Technology Officer, said the company built its Envision platform specifically to support strong third-party technology like HPE Networking, so customers can keep accessing market-leading tools as their cloud and networking needs shift. HPE&#8217;s Jon Green, meanwhile, said the expansion strengthens <a href=\"https:\/\/hostingdiscussion.com\/news\/gtt-enhances-oracle-cloud-access-with-oci-fastconnect-integration\/\">GTT&#8217;<\/a>s ability to deliver networking and security as one unified experience spanning data centers, cloud, SaaS, and edge environments, rather than forcing customers to manage each piece separately.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"ltr\">GTT Secure Connect with HPE&#8217;s security service edge capabilities is available now.
