    Research, trial, and error is the only way to find the company that will fit your needs. Smaller companies that try to get market share tend to treat their clients better, bigger companies tend to be overworked.

    i do provide basic support through social media(Knowledge base - article tutorials etc) but for anything else a ticker or using the in house live chat system is required, for security and privacy reasons

    I think clients should be informed, or at least get introduced into the new management, this might make them leave or feel better cared for, in my experience transparency is the best way to go always when it comes to bussiness
